In addition to the day to day operations ATPM is able to execute due diligence at a technical and commercial level, together with our asset manager Stadium Capital Partners. If the client wants to outsource due diligence processes to external parties, we can guide that too and provide the contact with the party concerned.

Administrative management

Administration means overview and the correct figures. That’s what owner and tenant really need.

We provide the whole package: the rent invoices are sent in time, the debtor policy is determined together with the owner and respected, rent accounts may be provided as required, and we can take care of service cost invoices.

Technical management

The technical management involves many aspects of technique regarding to an object.

The tenant can report everyday problems such as leaks or cold complaints by mail or personally. Therefore we are available 24/7 and we can respond quickly.

But we also supervise large (maintenance) projects, from roofing to fire control panels.

Multi-year Maintenance Budgets (MyMB) are standard for us, just like the implementation of the service packages that an owner may offer his tenant.

About us

AT Property Management has the overall objective of exploiting real estate properties and optimizing the annual and long-term achieving return for her client. This includes the commercial, technical and administrative management of commercial real estate.
